ahhh, the college life

so, right now, i'm supposed to be giving a speech in Fundimentals of Communication...but i'm in the computer lab in Nielsen Hall instead. technically speaking, i was SUPPOSED to give my speech tuesday, but i was late for class and the door was locked and we're not allowed in after they close the door. so i just went back to my apartment instead, thinking that i would just give my speech on thursday (which is today) and i would be good to go. BUT NOPE. i got to Linn Hall, decided that i didnt wanna put up with his face, and then just kept on driving to Nielsen. heehee. i've skipped that class...i think this is the third time now. i HATE that class! i wanted to drop it SOO bad, but if i did, i wouldnt have been a full-time student and my financial aide wouldnt have come thru, so i had to stay in. the proff is crazy, i swear. i wont say his name, cuz that would be mean, but yeah, he's nuts. he thinks that one day robots will take over the world, and that eventually none of us will need to step outside our front doors cuz we'll all have 3-D worlds where we can meet up with our friends who live miles away. HE'S NUTS!!! and he's so freakin boring and annoying and i cant stand him! anyway, i skipped the class and i dont feel bad AT ALL. if he wants me to do the speech, i'll do it on tuesday, and if i cant do it, i'll just make it up.

i'm so excited, i get to go home this weekend! and i'm leaving today cuz i got pulled over last weekend in Carroll and got two tickets, both of which were my dad's fault! no, i wasnt speeding, and if i was...how the hell could i blame that on my dad? i got pulled over cuz the stickers on my plates said that they expired in nov. of 2002!!!! so i got the ticket for that, and i then got another ticket bcuz i didnt have proff of registration in my car. now, the car is in my dad's name, so naturally, he has to be the one to get proof and all that jazz. he ran my plates and my number and said that i wasnt in the records at all! so i found proff of insurance and asked the guy if that was any help and he goes "well, yeah, at least this way i dont have to impound your car and take you to jail."

THE BASTARD WAS GONNA TAKE ME TO JAIL!!!! so i got home and told my dad about it, but it was late at nite and he was in bed, so he said he'd take care of it in the morning. so the next morning, he went to go look at my plates and said "well, i swear, we got you new ones, someone probly just took the stickers off of yours." which made me really mad cuz...HOW RUDE! later that morning, he called the court house to see if my plates were in the books or wutever, and they said no! so my car hasnt been registered since the day i got it!!! how could we have possibly gone three years with out that fucker bein registered?? good thing i'm a swell driver, eh?? heehee.

so, dad said he'd take care of it and that i should come home thursday instead of friday so we could go fix everything. which means i get to go home today! i'm super stoked cuz now i can go visit my teachers (shut up, i'm a nerd i know) and i can watch the band in the parade and I GET TO SEE AVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woot and a half times ten for that! i miss that kid SOOOO much, i havent seen him since the day before i moved in to K.Wood!! i miss him..omg, omg, omg, i get to see him in like...10 hours...yay. i'm a bit excited, can ya tell? heehee.

i also get to go to the football game and the dance, woot! and trent and jill and jordan are comin this weekend too, and jordan doesnt know it, but he's goin to the dance with me! lol, good times, good times.

hmmm...other news...other news....OH!

last nite britt and i decided to have a movie nite, and i told her nuthing mushy cuz i didnt feel like crying, so she went to her brother's casa and brought home The Ring, Jeepers Creepers, and Candyman. i told her i'd seen J.C. and the ring, so we decided on candyman. about...hmm...not even like five minutes into it, we were already screaming, so we called the boys next door in O to come over and protect us! rudy said they were playin a game, so we settled for eachother...two helpless college chicks alone in our apartment watching a scary man with a hook appear at the mirror. yeah. not a good thing.

so after about 20 more minutes of us screaming, we called rudy and we were like...RUDY, GET THE FUCK OVER HERE NOW!!!!! so he came over to watch the movie with us. britt and i were on the middle of thecouch (it's a 2person couch btw) huddled together under our blankies and rudy was sitting in the recliner. we screamed some more and were like..."rudy, get ur ass over here!" so we made him sit on the couch with us and by the end of the movie, i think the kid was half deff and had a hell of a lot of claw marks on his right arm!

after that, we decided that we wanted to watch a funny movie, so we went back to rudy's and picked one out, and went back to our apartment to watch it, but we didnt get to cuz about 10 min. later, buster and acord showed up and we just chilled for a while, listeing to the two of them try and rap....it was hilarious. oh, and btw, i have a crush on one of them...but i'm not saying who just yet. those who need to know, know, those who dont know...ask, i'll prolly tell ya later....lol. clue...he's totally cute and way sweet and super funny.

i must be famous!

ok, so i'm all for random people reading my blog, wutever keeps ya entertained. but WTF (Waverly Track & Field??) is up with these same random people commenting that my blog "is pretty good, but could be a teensy eensy bit better" ?? keep on readin ppl, but just so ya know, i aint shootin for perfection here, and michael will totally point out that i cant spell for SHIT and i really dont care.

so anyway, on to the news. (btw, sorry if this post is pourly put 2gether, i'm watchin Laguna!) not a whole hell of a lot has happened, i've been goin to class and hangin with brittany (my awsome roomie) and not seeing much of kayla (the...other...roomie). i'd go into more detail, but those who need to know, know, ya know? (that was for u AP..heehee). ummm...let's see ...i've been spreadin the Kelly Clarkson love, it's reached Schoon Daddy, so ya know the chick totally rocks! anyone who doesnt believe me can watch her performance from the VMAs, it kicked ass!

so, the fiesta at scott's was this past weekend, and it was a good time. i headed over there friday nite, i got to Eagle around 9er-ish and decided to stop by gramma fran's casa, which was fun as always, but grampa wasnt there. i didnt stay too long cuz court was at the game (her school played eagle) and was cheering, so i thought i'd swing by there and say wut's up, but by the time i got there, humbult was kicking the shit out of eagle, and they were up 53- zip, and everyone was leaving, so i didnt stay, i just drove around town. it was quite relaxing, i even drove past my old house, which we call The Big House...cuz...well, it's big. after that, i called court and decided to meet her at her house, which is about 8 miles from eagle, so it didnt take me too long to get there. after i chilled at her house for a bit, she finnaly arrived, changed, and we headed off to scott's.

No supprise to me, i was the first there, since tye was still stuck in The Cities in Minn. and wouldnt be there till bout midnight-thirty. the first thing scott did when we got there was hand me and court and jeremy beers, which was fine by me, but she hates the shit, plus she had to drive jeremy back home, so she didnt drink it. after about 45 min. we drove jeremy home and went back to scott's. tye was about 20 min. away, and when he got there, corey handed out minnesota beers (which was great, since they have about twice as much alcohol as iowa...furkin rite) and yeah...i was gone after a while. so me and court and tye headed to bed around 3 (corey and scott are dumb and cant stay up late!) and then she had to be back home by like 8, so we got up really early, and sarah and emily were already up, so they made me play Pretty Pretty Princess with them...and i won! heck yes!!!!

the thing saturday was quite..umm...interesting...but i really need ta go take a shower, so i'll save that post for l8er. bye yall!
